Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations and refunds for all purchases and rentals made through NeuraSim Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Processing & Installation Fee

A non-refundable processing fee of ₹10,000 will apply if the order is cancelled after NeuraSim has already travelled for on-site installation, even if the installation is not completed.

This fee covers technician logistics, coordination, and setup effort.

2. One-Time Purchase Orders

• 50% advance payment is mandatory for all one-time purchases.
• If cancellation is requested after travel for installation has begun, the ₹10,000 processing fee will be retained and any balance may be refunded, subject to review.
• No refunds will be issued after the device is installed or dispatched.
• Buybacks, partial returns, or resale arrangements are not available unless covered under warranty conditions.

3. Rental Subscriptions

• All rental plans are prepaid and non-refundable for the duration of the subscribed term.
• Customers may cancel at the end of the committed term by providing written notice.
• Mid-term cancellations are not eligible for refunds and must be formally requested via email.
• If an auto-debit or monthly payment fails or is cancelled without notice, NeuraSim reserves the right to suspend services within 7 days.
• Any outstanding dues must be cleared before service reactivation.

4. Device Return & Damages (Rental Only)

• Devices under rental must be returned in good working condition.
• Any loss, damage, or missing accessories will be billed at actual replacement cost.
• Devices must be returned with all original or equivalent cables, chargers, packaging, and accessories.

5. Refund Timelines

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original mode of payment.
