Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which customers can return products purchased or rented from NeuraSim Pvt. Ltd.
1. Returns for Purchased Devices
Devices sold under one-time purchase plans are non-returnable once installed or dispatched. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
Defective Product: If the device has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Upon inspection, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or service as per warranty or AMC/CMC terms.
Devices must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
2. Returns for Rental Devices
Rental devices must be returned at the end of the agreed rental period. The following applies:
- Devices should be returned in good working condition.
- Any loss, physical damage, or missing parts/accessories will be billed at actual replacement cost.
- Customers must assist with safe packaging and pickup coordination.
- If the device is not returned within 7 days after the rental term ends, additional charges may apply.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return (for applicable scenarios):

- Include your order number, issue details, and photos/videos (in case of damage or defect).
- Our team will guide you through the return process and coordinate pickup if applicable.
4. Important Notes
- Devices returned without prior approval or in damaged condition (beyond normal wear and tear) may not be eligible for any refunds or replacements.
- NeuraSim reserves the right to inspect the returned device before issuing any resolution.
- All returns must follow the packaging guidelines outlined in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
