Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how NeuraSim Pvt. Ltd. handles product dispatch, logistics, and returns.
1. Dispatch Timeline
- Devices will be dispatched within 45 days from the date of order confirmation and advance payment.
- Delays due to component availability, customizations, or regional logistics will be communicated in writing.
2. Delivery Locations
- We ship Pan-India through trusted logistics partners.
- International shipping may be arranged on request, subject to local regulations, duties, and additional charges.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping is included in the product pricing unless otherwise specified in your invoice or quotation.
- Special delivery requirements (e.g., same-day dispatch or air cargo) may incur extra charges.
4. Device Collection (Rental Returns)
At the end of the rental period, NeuraSim and QWR will coordinate the collection of devices.
Customers are expected to assist with:
- Proper device packaging
- Timely communication for pickup coordination
5. Transit Damages
- Any physical damage to devices during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please inspect the device upon receipt and document damages (photos/videos, if possible).
- Claims made beyond this time frame may not be eligible for replacements.
6. Return Packaging Guidelines
When returning rental or replacement units, ensure:
- Use of original or equivalent secure packaging
- Inclusion of all accessories, manuals, and cables
- Proper labeling to avoid loss in transit
7. Responsibility & Risk
Once dispatched, devices are under the custody of the logistics provider until delivered.
Upon receipt, the risk and responsibility transfer to the customer.
NeuraSim is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
