Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use, purchase, rental, or licensing of the BeeVee Virtual Reality (VR) System offered by NeuraSim Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its office at 1665/A, 14th Main Road, Sector-7, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560102.

By using or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Scope

BeeVee is a VR-based vision therapy system provided through various commercial models:

• One-time purchase
• Combo and Super Combo packages
• Subscription-based rental

The BeeVee System is intended for professional and clinical use in hospitals, clinics, and vision therapy centers. It is also available for home-based therapy, which can be used only after a professional recommendation by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. Home use is typically managed under our rental subscription model and is remotely supervised by qualified professionals.

2. Purchase Options

a. Base Plan

• One NeuraSim BeeVee Office VR device
• 1-year usage license
• Post 12 months: license continues on a per-patient basis

b. Combo Plan

• One Neurasim BeeVee Office VR device (2-year license)
• One NeuraSim BeeVee Home VR device (1-year complimentary license)
• Monthly license applies from 13th month (for Home VR)

c. Super Combo Plan

• One NeuraSim BeeVee Office VR device (lifetime license)
• Two NeuraSim BeeVee Home VR devices (2-year license)
• Monthly license applies from 25th month (for NeuraSim Home VR)

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) are applicable from the second year onwards for all one-time purchase models. These cover routine maintenance, technical support, and, depending on the selected plan, repair or replacement of components. Detailed terms and applicable charges will be shared in your official quotation or agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% advance is required to confirm the order.
• Remaining 50% is due immediately after installation.
• If a customer cancels after NeuraSim has travelled for installation, a non-refundable processing fee of ₹10,000 applies.

4. Rental Subscription

The rental model includes:

• One QWR Office VR device
• Full access to software features
• Regular hardware/software updates
• Preventive maintenance & technical support
• AMC & CMC included during the rental term

Devices must be returned at the end of the subscription period.

5. Ownership & Usage

• Devices under rental for Home therapy are owned by NeuraSim.
• Devices under purchase become the customer’s property after full payment.
• Devices must not be resold, lent, or relocated without written consent.
• Damage due to misuse or unauthorized repair will be chargeable.

6. Billing & Invoicing

• For purchases: Invoices are raised in two stages—advance and post-installation.
• For rentals: Invoices are issued monthly in advance.
• All invoices are sent via email.
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services.

7. Cancellation & Termination

Purchase orders can be cancelled before dispatch or installation (refer to Cancellation Policy).

Rental plans can be cancelled only at the end of the committed term.

Mid-term cancellations must be in writing and are not eligible for refund.

NeuraSim reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

• Non-payment
• Misuse or tampering of device
• Breach of terms

8. Warranty & Support

• Standard warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• AMC & CMC cover preventive maintenance and replacement of parts (depending on plan).
• Remote technical support is provided via phone/email.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, game content, branding, and training material associated with BeeVee are the intellectual property of NeuraSim Pvt. Ltd.

Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

NeuraSim is not liable for:

• Delay in delivery due to third-party logistics
• User-induced device damage
• Misuse of therapy outcomes without professional supervision

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fee paid by the customer.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
